Our home brewing started in July 2010, with Shane and Nick as head brewmasters. Since, we’ve created various styles of beer following the seasons and some of our favorites. If you’re interested in sampling any of our beer for review on your website, podcast or blog, please contact us.

Voodoo Mama Juju (2015)
Chocolate Raspberry Milk Stout
4.00% ABV

This beer was brewed exclusively for Shane’s wedding, but a few bottles remain! This all-grain milk stout base was made with pure lactose, and after fermentation was racked upon 1 pound of cacao nibs and 2.5 pounds of fresh raspberries.

The Aliens Cremated Vanilla Ice (2015)
Vanilla Cream Ale
3.90% ABV

This American Cream Ale is a light, refreshing ale who is the counterpart to the American light lager. Fermented as an ale at warmer temperatures, we then added pure vanilla to this beer to impart a delicious creamy, vanilla note.

Available in 12 and 22 oz bottles.

Attack Of The Beans! (2014)
American Stout
5.9% ABV

This classic American Stout was brewed with chocolate and black malt, with the addition of freshly grounded coffee in the kettle. We then racked this onto an ounce of fresh vanilla beans to impart a wonderful subtle vanilla character to the base coffee stout.

Available in 16 oz bottles.

The Entity – Bourbon French Oak aged (2011)
Imperial Stout
7.8% ABV

An Imperial Stout brewed with roasted barley, black patent and hopped with Chinook. We then took this beer and aged it for over a month on Bourbon French oak wood. We’re currently bottle conditioning this beer in the cellar for a few months. Only 9 bottles were made, and this is only available on extremely limited availability on a case by case basis.

The Entity – Vanilla & Cinnamon aged (2011)
Imperial Stout
7.6% ABV

An Imperial Stout brewed with roasted barley, black patent and hopped with Chinook. We then took this beer and aged it for over a month on natural vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks. We’re currently bottle conditioning this beer in the cellar for a few months. Only 16 bottles were made, and this is only available on extremely limited availability on a case by case basis.

Monkin’ Around! (2011)
Belgian-style Witbier
5.1% ABV

A Belgian inspired Witbier, brewed by Shane Holland, features both bitter and sweet orange peel, coriander and natural wheat to recreate a classic summertime wheat beer. Fermented with a WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale yeast strain, the low alcohol and fruity esters make this a delicious, refreshing summer beer.

Banshee Blood (2010)
Imperial Irish Red
6% ABV

This Imperial Irish Red Ale, brewed by Shane Holland, features rich malts like Caramunich and a pleasant dash of European hops to create an authentic beer. By adding more fermentables, we’ve kicked up the ABV from your traditional Irish Red and the Banshee approves.

Falling for Varga (2010)
Belgian-style Tripel
8.5% ABV

A rustic golden Belgian-style Tripel, brewed by Shane Holland. Falling for Varga has a sweet nose, due to the candied sugar added during the brewing process, and exhibits caramel malt esters with low bitterness.

Available in 12 oz wax-sealed bottles.

You Don’t Know Jack (2010)
Pumpkin Ale
5.1% ABV

This Fall seasonal Pumpkin Ale, brewed by Shane Holland, is made with organic pumpkin and a variety of holiday spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg, dried orange peel and mace are combined to create a silky mouth feel with a flavor reminding you of home made pumpkin pie.

Digging Up Dali (2010)
Weissbier
4.5% ABV

This German-style Weissbier, brewed by Nick Robin, and named after famed artist Salvador Dali, fuses traditional European hops with wheat malt to create a light, smooth and refreshing summer wheat beer.
