Victory Brewing Company, situated right outside of Philadelphia in Downingtown, PA was the locale for the [much anticipated] Philly Beer meet-up. Involving not only the Twitter #PhillyBeer family, but also a few guests from the East Coast. Amie (@AmieDM17) from Florida was in the area, as well as Lee (@Hoptopia) and Stevie (@BasicallyRed) from NYC.
Stoudt’s Brewing Company hosted it’s 19th Annual Microfest this past Saturday, June 12, 2010. Held three times a year (June, August and October), craft breweries from all over gather at Stoudt’s to celebrate a night of craft beer drinking and German-style eating.
Stoudt’s Brewing Company, located in Adamstown, PA, is home to a few of my favorite beers. Offering tours on Saturdays at 3pm and Sundays at 1pm, we decided to embark to the brewery for a tour this past Saturday.
We will be attending FriendFest 2010, the second annual beer and wine festival in Kutztown, PA. The festival is run by Friend, Inc. a local non-profit service agency. The tickets cost $25 per person in advance, available for purchase online or $30 per person at the door. Come out and support the local craft breweries and wineries!
Join the team at Passion Beer tonight at Sly Fox in Royersford, PA and Craft Ale House in Limerick, PA. We’ll be out tasting some brews and writing reviews. Also, first person to spot us wins a free pint on us!
