Tallgrass Brewing Company, a relative newcomer to the craft beer scene since 2007, sent along a care package to me for review of five flagship beers. Today, I decided to start with the Oasis, as it was the recommended “favorite” on the hand-written noted from Colette of Tallgrass. Listed on their site as a Double ESB/IPAish beer, I’m filing this in a new category just for them: Double ESB.
